Although total transactions for the month were up (+14% YOY) over November of last year, total dollars were down (-44% YOY) at 65 and $70,112,013 respectively. This discripancy was caused by fewer upper end home sales during November reflecting the nature of Aspen's market, high end is king. Through November total dollars, $1,222,651,147, were up (+2.5% YOY) over the same period last year.
